About The Position
Imagine this: You arrive to a clean, safety-focused plant. Materials are staged. You set up to feed them into precision packaging machines, monitor output, and keep quality front and center. When something looks off, you alert your Supervisor immediately. You finish the run by packing products to the exact configuration and completing accurate paperwork—ready for the next order.
Requirements
- 1 year of manufacturing experience
- Ability to do basic math and follow standard work instructions
- Must be able to pass a drug screen
- Meets Physical Requirements
- High School / GED
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Experience in a Manufacturing Environment

- Warehouse Experience
Responsibilities
- Support the line by safely feeding materials into equipment
- Inspect for defects and pack finished goods according to specifications
- Flag issues to your Supervisor the moment they arise
- Keep an organized, well-maintained work area in a fast-moving environment
- Document work precisely and submit on time
