About The Position

We are looking for a skilled Assembler plays a critical role in our production process by assembling various components and products according to specifications.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficiency with hand tools and machinery.
Strong attention to detail.
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Reliable, eager to learn, and able to work well independently or as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to safety.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing is an advantage, but not required.

Responsibilities

Assemble products and components following detailed instructions and blueprints.
Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery as needed.
Inspect finished products for defects or imperfections.
Ensure all assembled items meet quality standards and specifications.
Transport and handle materials, parts, and finished products using hand trucks, forklifts, or other equipment as required.
Perform routine maintenance on assembly tools and equipment.
Report any malfunctions or needed repairs to supervisors.
Complete necessary paperwork and reports related to assembly and production.
Maintain accurate records of completed work.
Collaborate with other assembly workers and departments to meet production goals and deadlines.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Suggest improvements to assembly processes to increase efficiency.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
