About The Position

Cresco Labs is seeking a Packaging Agent for its 1st shift operations. This role involves executing tasks assigned by department leadership, including measuring, packaging, and labeling products according to quality standards. The Packaging Agent will also be responsible for maintaining a sanitary work environment, safely transporting products, and ensuring all functions are performed to the highest standard of quality and compliance. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to adhere to strict policies, and proficiency in precise measurement and packaging. The role operates in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment, working around plant material which may include exposure to pollen and dust. The job requires physical stamina, including the ability to sit, stand, kneel, perform repetitive hand actions for extended periods, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Requirements

1 year (2-3 years preferable) of hands-on experience in a factory, production or manufacturing fast-paced environment with measurable goals and working standards, preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedure.
Ability to measure, package and label in a precise manner.
Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment.
Proficiency in windows-based software and point of sale applications a plus.
Requires work around plant material, which could include exposure to plant pollen and/or dust.
Requires ability to sit, stand, kneel, and/or do repetitive actions with your hands for long periods of time.
Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level.
Must be 21 years of age or older to apply.
Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.
