About The Position

Cresco Labs is a leading vertically integrated cannabis company with a mission to normalize and professionalize the industry. We are seeking a diligent Packaging Agent to join our team. This role is crucial for ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance before reaching our customers. You will be responsible for executing assigned tasks, accurately measuring, packaging, and labeling products, and maintaining a sanitary work environment. This position requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production setting.

Requirements

1 year (2-3 years preferable) of hands-on experience in a factory, production or manufacturing fast-paced environment with measurable goals and working standards, preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedure.
Ability to measure, package and label in a precise manner.
Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment.
Proficiency in windows-based software and point of sale applications a plus.
Requires work around plant material, which could include exposure to plant pollen and/or dust.
Requires ability to sit, stand, kneel, and/or do repetitive actions with your hands for long periods of time.
Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level.
Must be 21 years of age or older to apply.
Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.
