About The Position

Under the direction of the Operations Supervisor, the Packager, Sorter verifies and ensures packaged orders are palletized for their assigned pickup carriers. Success is measured by maintaining or exceeding the everyday standards of the ID Logistics client. The role involves sorting and organizing orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment while following standard operating procedures and applicable FDA guidelines.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Self-motivated.
• Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail.
• Flexible schedule required.
• Positive approach to assigned tasks.
• Team player.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Able to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Sort orders onto different pallets according to carrier and route.
• Keep products separated, organized, and in good rotation.
• Frequently monitor product quality and report problems to the supervisor.
• Follow proper Standard Operating Procedures and applicable FDA guidelines.
• Perform quality checks on all pallets or box orders.
• Perform other job functions or cross-training as applicable.
