About The Position

The Package Project Lead 1 supports delivery of Oracle ERP Finance solutions, coordinating project timelines, resources, technical teams, and client stakeholders to complete work on schedule and meet quality expectations. The role supports development, integration, and customization of enterprise application packages and monitors deliverables throughout project phases. The position calls for expertise in Oracle ERP Cloud and EBS Financials, including Oracle Cloud Financials (GL, AP, and AR), financial module integrations and conversions, tax-related processes, and reporting. The lead guides consultants in delivering designed solutions, facilitates requirements gathering and product demonstrations, manages multiple deliverables, and provides user training. The work also involves risk management, stakeholder communication, business-process redesign or transformation, and balancing project economics with strategic priorities. The role is with Infosys’s Oracle unit, which delivers Oracle services and cloud solutions for clients across industries. Relocation and/or travel to the work or project location may be required. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship; Infosys states it cannot provide immigration sponsorship for this role.

Requirements

Experience designing, modeling, implementing, developing, and maintaining Oracle ERP Cloud and EBS products, including Payables, Fixed Assets, BPM workflow, invoice and payment processing, and General Ledger.
Experience with Oracle Cloud Financials, including GL, AP, and AR.
Experience with enterprise package processes and enterprise functions.
Functional understanding of Oracle ERP Financial modules.
Experience in business process redesign or transformation.
Experience leading a team of consultants to deliver a designed solution from onshore.
Expertise in requirements-gathering sessions, CRPs, demonstrations, and pilots for ERP Finance products.
Experience delivering user training and managing multiple deliverables simultaneously.
Experience with technical integrations and conversions for financial modules, requirements gathering, US Withholding Tax 1099 form generation, and EBusiness Tax.
Experience building OTBI and BIP reports.
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive specialty experience in lieu of each year of education.
Authorization to work in the United States for any employer without employer-based visa sponsorship.
