About The Position

This position is located on-site in our Wausau, Wisconsin office. We are looking to hire multiple full-time Package Investigations Specialists, a role that is vital to our company's success. You will be responsible for servicing internal and external customers through various communication channels. Schedule: Your choice of the following- Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:00pm Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday 10:00am-6:00pm Next available start date: Monday, October 26 Training: You will attend 3 weeks of Customer Care Training Monday-Friday from either 8:00am-12:30pm or 4:00pm-8:30pm. Requirements

Computer proficiency, including the ability to multi-task
Verbal and written communication skills
Sound reasoning and judgment with the ability to resolve routine package investigation issues involving multiple factors within established procedures

Responsibilities

Receive and respond to department calls and voicemails from internal and external customers
Resolve lost package claims by servicing customers accordingly
Reply to customer investigation emails
Provide support to other departments and assist with contact center phone call volume as needed
