About The Position

We are looking to hire multiple part-time Package Investigations Specialists, a role that is vital to our company's success. You will be responsible for servicing internal and external customers through various communication channels. This position is located on-site in our Wausau, Wisconsin office. Schedule: Hours are available between 7:00am-7:00pm Monday-Friday. You will set your own availability for scheduling during this scheduling with a minimum of 8 hours per week required. Training: You will attend 3 weeks of Customer Care Training Monday-Friday from either 8:00am-12:30pm or 4:00pm-8:30pm. Additionally, there will be in-department training during your regularly scheduled shifts.

Requirements

Computer proficiency, including the ability to multi-task
Verbal and written communication skills
Sound reasoning and judgment with the ability to resolve routine package investigation issues involving multiple factors within established procedures

Responsibilities

Receive and respond to department calls and voicemails from internal and external customers
Resolve lost package claims by servicing customers accordingly
Reply to customer investigation emails
Provide support to other departments and assist with contact center phone call volume as needed
