About The Position

OnTrac is hiring a Package Handler to support warehouse operations at its Vancouver, Washington location. Package Handlers contribute to the smooth functioning of the operations team by handling and sorting packages, maintaining quality, and following safety protocols. The role requires working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, staying on your feet, and handling items that average 50 pounds and occasionally weigh up to 75 pounds. Warehouse temperatures vary by season, so the position involves working in both heat and cold.

The position offers $18.75 per hour. Availability is required seven days a week, with shifts from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM or until the end of sort. Hours may vary according to business needs. “End of Sort” means completion of the required sorting work and cleanup activities as directed by site management.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to stay on your feet while working.
• Ability to work in heat and cold as warehouse temperatures vary by season.
• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, and/or move items averaging 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.
• Availability seven days a week; shift times are 7:00 PM–9:30 PM or until the end of sort.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety practices and contribute to a safe work environment.
• Unload trailers and sort packages by ZIP code.
• Load trucks for deliveries.
• Work collaboratively with the team to complete the job.
