About The Position

OnTrac is hiring a Package Handler for its warehouse in Dayton, New Jersey. The role is centered on safe, active, fast-paced package processing and working collaboratively with the team. The listed schedule is Monday through Thursday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM or until the sort is complete. Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” means completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities as directed by site management. Starting pay is $18.50 per hour, paid weekly.

Requirements

• Ability to remain on your feet while working.
• Dependable, flexible, and reliable.
• Ability to regularly or frequently lift, push, and pull 25 to 35 pounds.
• Ability to occasionally carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to occasionally push or pull up to 150 pounds using a pallet jack or gaylords to transport large packages.
• Ability to work in heat and cold, as warehouse temperatures vary by season.
• Basic spoken and written English proficiency to understand safety and operational instructions in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
