About The Position

OnTrac is hiring seasonal Package Handlers to help keep packages moving during the holiday season. This active, hands-on warehouse role involves working with a team to unload, sort, move, and load packages and keep them organized so they reach their next destination safely and on time. Training is provided, and prior warehouse experience is not required.

The position is seasonal and part-time or full-time, with several shift options. Scheduled end times may vary based on package volume and business needs. The role is based at 1302 London-Groveport Road, Lockbourne, Ohio. Pay is $18.00 per hour, with a $1.00 shift differential for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Overtime pay is provided as required by applicable law. Premium pay applies to hours worked on New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Seasonal bonus eligibility, amount, and payment requirements may vary by location and assignment. Seasonal team members may be considered for available permanent positions after the assignment ends, but continued employment is not guaranteed.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays when needed.
• Meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
• Repeatedly lift packages as described in the posting.
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during scheduled shifts.
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and squat while handling packages.
• Perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Work in hot or cold environments where warehouse temperature control may be limited.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently.
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Keep packages organized and moving safely and efficiently.
• Keep the work area organized and ready for work.
• Work with a team to ensure packages reach their next destination safely and on time.
