About The Position

This position assists with dispatch analysis and daily routine tasks that support the dispatch and preload teams. The employee analyzes dispatch plans, identifies opportunities, publishes reports, and conducts service audits. The position is part-time and permanent.

Requirements

Knowledge of Dispatch Planning System (DPS) and UDC.
Experience using Microsoft Office products or equivalent software.
Customer-focused, with strong planning and organization skills.
Must be a U.S. citizen or national, a lawful permanent resident, or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree or international equivalent.
Familiarity with package flow technologies.

Responsibilities

Verify system downloads.
Identify service failures and exceptions.
Print and distribute multiple daily reports.
Update reports as needed and communicate changes to PDS.
Use mapping tools.
Plot previous data and compare actual dispatch with planned dispatch.
Maintain loop analysis to ensure periodic analysis of all loops.
Use available reports and systems.
Complete the monthly dispatch audit.
