About The Position

The Salesforce Package Consultant designs, implements, and supports Salesforce CRM solutions, with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and integration experience. The consultant guides clients from business analysis through system configuration and user adoption, applying Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies. The role includes developing solutions tailored to clients’ business needs, testing and supporting implementations, delivering training, and collaborating with clients to address their challenges.

Requirements

• Experience designing, implementing, and supporting Salesforce CRM solutions, including LWC and integrations.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience developing tailored solutions using Salesforce offerings.
• Experience conducting system testing, user acceptance testing, and change management.
• Experience guiding clients through business analysis, system configuration, and user adoption.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with other systems and applications using APIs and data migration tools.
• Experience developing custom Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience applying Waterfall methodology principles to manage and deliver Salesforce projects.

Responsibilities
