About The Position
In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below: * Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities * Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements * Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance * Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications * Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards * Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer
Requirements
- Experience in Oracle B2C Service Cloud (RightNow) components including scripting, event handlers, BUI extensions, add ins, business rules, workflows, and workspace configurations
- Experience in REST APIs, ROQL, ConnectPHP, and web technologies (PHP, .NET, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS)
- Experience with Oracle B2C architecture, data model, configuration, and security.
- Experience in UI & Markup Language, PHP
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
