About The Position

Lakeside Foods is hiring a Pack-off Team Member for its Packaging Center in Manitowoc. The role involves handling packaged products on a conveyor line, checking for defects, and supporting a clean, safe, orderly work area. Requirements

• Ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Great attendance.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds frequently and/or up to 25 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Remove poly bags or boxes from the line conveyor and place them systematically in shipping containers.
• Discard any poly bag or box that is improperly filled, unsealed, or defective.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and orderly work area.
• Occasionally assist with inspecting products before packaging.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
• Follow all Lakeside Foods policies and procedures.
• Immediately notify the Supervisor of unsafe or potentially hazardous conditions.
