About The Position

The Pack L1 employee prepares and packs products according to customer needs, contributing to organizational efficiency and success. The role works closely with machine operators and others to confirm products meet customer requirements, follows work-order directions, checks output against work-order specifications and visually inspects goods, and identifies nonconforming goods for the department manager. The position is based at Pro Tapes NJ in North Brunswick, New Jersey, and is full-time on the 3:00 p.m.–11:30 p.m. shift.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders for processing.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to read and use simple math and basic handheld measuring tools.
• Ability to perform the essential duties satisfactorily, with reasonable accommodation where applicable.

Nice To Haves

• One year of factory-related experience is desired.
