About The Position
We are seeking a Pack and Ship Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, accurately packing and shipping packages, tracking shipments, and assisting customers with shipping options. You will also operate basic computer systems and point-of-sale equipment, and maintain an organized and welcoming store environment. Training will be provided for the right candidate who enjoys helping customers and working in a team-oriented environment.
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
- Reliable and able to work independently after training
- Reliable transportation to and from work daily
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to all customers
- Pack, process, and ship packages accurately
- Track shipments and assist customers with shipping options
- Operate basic computer systems and point-of-sale equipment
- Maintain an organized and welcoming store environment
Benefits
- Competitive pay: $17–$19 per hour, depending on experience
- Monday–Friday schedule (10:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
- No weekends
