This position has been approved to be Full Office. If telework is approved, you are required to work within the State of California only and if Partial Telework, also come in to the Main Office in Orange, CA, at least two (2) days per week minimum. Under general direction, the Program Coordinator (PACE (Program for All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) Scheduling Lead) will specialize in the coordination, communication, development and implementation of PACE Contracted Specialist scheduling processes. You will be responsible for leading the scheduling coordination processes and assists the Supervisor in the scheduling department. The overall objective of the position is to standardize and strengthen the coordination of outside specialty care for PACE enrollees. You will interact with various levels of PACE staff, including department management and the PACE scheduling and medical records team. Together, we are building a stronger, more equitable health system.
