About The Position

Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) in Beverly, Massachusetts. This PACE Registered Nurse role is focused on caring for older adults in outpatient and community-based settings. The opportunity allows for providing direct nursing care, ongoing assessments, and individualized care planning. It offers a blend of clinic-based and community nursing responsibilities supporting seniors living independently within a collaborative interdisciplinary environment that provides autonomy in nursing practice. Requirements

• Active Massachusetts RN license REQUIRED
• Minimum 2 years recent RN experience REQUIRED
• Comfortable providing care in clinic and home/community settings REQUIRED
• Strong assessment and care planning skills REQUIRED
• Team-based care approach REQUIRED

Nice To Haves

• Primary care or geriatrics experience preferred
