About The Position

Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) in Lynn, Massachusetts. This PACE Registered Nurse role supports older adults across outpatient and community-based care settings. The position offers the opportunity to provide direct nursing care, complete assessments, and develop individualized care plans promoting patient independence. Requirements

• Active Massachusetts RN license REQUIRED
• Minimum 2 years recent RN experience REQUIRED
• Comfortable working in both clinic and community/home settings REQUIRED
• Strong assessment and care planning skills REQUIRED
• Team-based care approach REQUIRED

• Primary care or geriatrics experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to geriatric patient population
