Under the direction of the PACE Director of Technology, the PACE Project Management Specialist is responsible for managing and supporting key initiatives that advance clinical quality, operational efficiency, participant safety, and regulatory compliance across the PACE program. This role leads projects that involve interdisciplinary teams, frontline staff, and organizational leadership, ensuring alignment with PACE model requirements and best practices. Core responsibilities include: Project planning and coordination: Define project scope and objectives, gather clinical and operational requirements, establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) relevant to PACE quality and participant outcomes, and develop milestone and deliverable timelines in collaboration with interdisciplinary team members Managing project constraints: Oversee time, budget, scope, and quality through structured project and change‑management methodologies, ensuring projects support compliance with CMS, DHCS, and PACE regulatory standards Risk management: Identify and mitigate risks, operational gaps, and clinical or regulatory impacts throughout the project lifecycle, elevating issues and decision points to leadership as appropriate Team leadership and engagement: Facilitate effective collaboration among clinical, operational, IT, and administrative teams; motivate cross‑functional stakeholders; and ensure clear roles, responsibilities, and accountability to drive project success Stakeholder communication: Provide consistent, transparent communication to leadership, project teams, and frontline staff; develop clear updates and briefing materials; and ensure organizational alignment on project goals, timelines, and outcomes
