About The Position

As a Shipping & Receiving Operator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient processing, packing, loading, shipping, and receiving of flour and feed products while maintaining a clean, safe, and audit-ready facility.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification.
- Ability to pass a respirator fit test and safely perform job duties while wearing a respirator.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Nice To Haves
- Manufacturing, food processing, flour milling, or related industrial experience preferred.
- CDL and previous truck driving experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Loading, unloading, transferring, and packing flour and feed products using forklifts and other equipment.
- Performing sanitation tasks including vacuuming, mopping, washing, and maintaining an infestation-free facility.
- Loading bulk and bagged flour trucks and railcars while completing required documentation and inspections.
