About The Position

We're a small, busy independent insurance agency looking for a CSR to help keep our office running smoothly. You'd be working directly with our account managers, sales team, and clients — a little bit of everything from processing policy changes to answering the phone to making sure our files are where they should be. Requirements

  • Some experience in an insurance agency (we'll teach you what you don't know)
  • A Florida 4-40 license, or willingness to get one
  • Proficient with the usual Microsoft suite of tools
  • Solid attention to detail: this job rewards people who notice the small stuff
  • A friendly phone presence and the patience to walk someone through their policy

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with AMS360 and DocuSign is a plus
  • Bonus points for any accounting background or Spanish fluency

Responsibilities

  • Helping clients with policy questions, certificates, invoices, and everything in between
  • Processing applications, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and claims
  • Keeping client records clean and current in AMS360
  • Working with account managers and carriers on quotes, endorsements, and follow-ups
  • Helping the sales team put proposals together, gather information and keep their files organized
  • Pitching in wherever the day takes you because small offices mean everyone wears a few hats
