About The Position

This opportunity is ideal for a licensed P&C insurance professional who enjoys both client service and sales. In this role, you will support a mix of Personal Lines and Commercial Lines clients, manage inbound client needs, identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell coverage, and help grow client relationships. The right candidate will be motivated to provide excellent service while also recognizing opportunities to grow accounts, close new business, and increase their earning potential. Requirements

  • Active Property & Casualty license required.
  • 2-4+ years of insurance experience.
  • Personal Lines experience required.
  • Commercial Lines exposure strongly preferred.
  • Strong client service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to identify sales opportunities through client conversations.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable balancing service and sales responsibilities.
  • Comfortable working onsite in a fast-paced, client-facing office environment.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound leads, referrals, walk-ins, and client inquiries.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional insurance solutions.
  • Support Personal Lines and Commercial Lines clients with service, coverage questions, policy changes, and account needs.
  • Assist with renewals, certificates, endorsements, and general account servicing.
  • Re-engage former clients and pursue opportunities within the existing client base.
  • Deliver a high-quality client experience aligned with Trucordia’s values and service standards.
