About The Position

The People and Culture Sr. Manager (HRBP) partners with Global Commercial leadership, including Marketing, Communications, and Sales, to develop and implement HR strategies that advance business priorities and strengthen organizational performance. This role ensures HR initiatives align with ManpowerGroup’s strategic goals, with a focus on workforce planning and talent management to support financial objectives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR with responsibilities around various HR areas.
Proven experience in talent management, performance management, and change management.
Ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Experience in mentoring and coaching staff, with a focus on advancing individual and team performance.

Nice To Haves

Master’s degree in human resources or a related field.
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR).
Experience working in a global organization.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Commercial Leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals and enhance organizational performance.
Support organizational redesign projects, managing change and ensuring effective communication throughout. Address HR challenges promptly to facilitate smooth transitions.
Lead the performance review process for global commercial functions, provide coaching, feedback, and managing talent to address performance gaps and support employee development.
Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and promoting a culture of collaboration and high performance.
Lead coaching, review HR policies, ensure legal compliance, and maintain open communication with HR, marketing, and sustainability teams to support the business strategy.
