In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting our billing operations by assisting agents and policyholders with a variety of billing and policy-related needs. You’ll provide timely, accurate responses to inquiries via written correspondence and email, while delivering a high level of professional and caring service. You’ll work within established quality and productivity standards, complete production reports and assigned projects, identify and escalate potential system issues, and help support and guide less experienced team members.
