About The Position

Excel Engineering, Inc. is seeking Part-Time Owner's Representatives to work on projects for their clients. These clients are a variety of industrial manufacturing facilities located across the United States. This role is project-based and suitable for individuals interested in part-time work. The Owner's Representative will oversee on-site contractors, ensuring they follow client rules and procedures, with a strong focus on project site safety and keeping project goals on track. Projects can include facility remodels and additions, production machinery and system installations and commissioning, and support infrastructure updates and additions.

Requirements

• Experience from Electrical, Mechanical and Structural Contractor backgrounds.
• Experience from Controls and Automation Contractor backgrounds.
• Experience as an Industrial Production Facility Project Manager.
• Experience as a Mechanical, Electrical, and Industrial Engineer.
• Experience with large, diverse manufacturing site projects.
• Experience with on-site interactions with client project managers as well as other contracting disciplines.
