About The Position
Commercial Real Estate Owner and Developer is seeking an Owner’s Representative in Charlotte, NC. This role is crucial for overseeing development projects and ensuring efficient management of budgets, schedules, and quality control.
Requirements
- BS in a Construction related field preferred
- Commercial Construction experience required
- Proficiency in reading construction documents, blueprints, and understanding building codes
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills; detail-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities
- Oversee development projects and act as the primary liaison between Owner and architects, general contractors, engineers, and municipal authorities
- Monitor expenses and efficiently manage project budget
- Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure on-time delivery
- Project inspections and quality control
- Identify risk and potential issues early and implement mitigation strategies
- Manage project closeout items
