BMW of Arlington is seeking an experienced Owner Loyalty Portfolio Manager to join our Business Development Center team. This is a premium customer-experience role focused on owner retention, lease maturity, service-to-sales opportunities, loyalty follow-up, and BMW portfolio management. The ideal candidate has luxury automotive experience, strong BMW product knowledge, and familiarity with BMW tools, including Infobahn. This position is not basic lead handling. We are looking for someone who can professionally manage BMW owners, identify loyalty opportunities, create appointments, support repeat business, and deliver the level of communication expected from a luxury dealership.
