About The Position

This is a Part-Time Overnight Weekend position. The role involves the initial and ongoing screening of residents and their property, supervising clients in self-medication, conducting health and welfare checks, communicating incidents and emergencies, providing crisis intervention and follow-up, and overall supervision and management of the client population in the residence. Other duties may be assigned.

Responsibilities

• Initial and ongoing screening of resident and residents' property in accordance with rules.
• Supervise clients in self-medication (with supervision).
• Conduct health and welfare checks in accordance with unit policies and procedures.
• Communicate all pertinent information, incidents, and emergencies, using the proper systems, including the SAC communications log, incident log, and 24-hour On Call system.
• Provide crisis intervention and follow-up, including documentation of the incident.
• Overall supervision and management of the client population in the residence.
• Other duties as assigned.
