Overnight team (10p-5a)
About The Position
The overnight team member is responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging and interacting with customers, applying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. The role follows operational, merchandising, and loss-prevention standards and may include cross-training in multiple store areas to meet business needs. The position is based at TJ Maxx Store 0383 in Roseville, California, and is listed for an overnight schedule of 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. The starting pay range is $16.90 to $17.40 per hour; actual starting pay depends on relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.

Responsibilities
- Model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
- Support a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
- Accurately ring customer purchases and returns and count change according to operating procedures.
- Promote credit and loyalty programs.
- Maintain the merchandising philosophy and follow established merchandising procedures and standards.
- Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor according to company procedures and standards.
- Initiate and participate in store recovery as needed.
- Maintain sales-floor organization, cleanliness, and recovery standards and help maintain and clean the entire store.
- Give and accept recognition and constructive feedback.
- Follow labor laws, policies, and procedures.
- Support and participate in store shrink-reduction goals and programs.
- Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
