Overnight Task Team - Full time
About The Position
The Overnight Task Team Outfitter assists with the overall operational functions and health of the retail store campus. The role focuses on completing non-selling tasks during overnight hours, reducing the non-selling work required of Sales Outfitters and allowing them to focus on customer service and selling opportunities. The position supports replenishment, inventory management, price changes, merchandise recovery, visual merchandising, planogram execution and, during peak business, OMNI fulfillment. Tasks are performed under direct supervision using well-defined policies and procedures, and work is reviewed by a supervisor.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two years of experience.
- Ability to use System Two and RF/Gizmo devices.
- Ability to review and set planograms and visual merchandising directives.
- Ability to identify and replenish out-of-stock or low-stock inventory.
- Ability to communicate with retail sales floor Outfitters and leadership about price changes and replenishment.
- Ability to work overnight shifts.
- Ability to perform regular computer work, walk and stand, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct general replenishment across Fishing, Hunting, Camping, Marine/Water Sports, Apparel, Footwear, Hunt Clothing and Gifts.
- Support inventory management with the Inventory Control team by completing on-demand counts, empty peg scanning and display integrity checks.
- Execute temporary and permanent price changes, including tagging, signage and inventory adjustment review.
- Perform department recovery tasks, including folding, repackaging, sorting, facing and re-hanging merchandise.
- Support visual merchandising in assigned areas, including fixture replacement, signage and end-cap updates, merchandising directives, floor moves, mannequin dressing, merchandise preparation and setup for ads, and department resets when required.
- Support planogram execution and maintenance across hardlines departments.
- Support OMNI fulfillment during peak business.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
