About The Position

The Overnight Task Team Outfitter supports the overall operations and health of the retail store campus by completing non-selling tasks during overnight hours. This work reduces the non-selling duties handled by Sales Outfitters and creates more time for customer service and selling opportunities. The role works under direct supervision, follows well-defined policies and procedures, and has limited opportunity to exercise independent judgment; work is reviewed by a supervisor.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and two years of experience. Candidates must be able to work overnight shifts and use System Two and RF/Gizmo devices. The physical requirements include regular computer work, walking, standing, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Travel is not required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of experience.
• Ability to use System Two and RF/Gizmo devices.
• Ability to review and set planograms and visual merchandising directives.
• Ability to identify and replenish out-of-stock or low-stock inventory.
• Ability to communicate with retail sales floor outfitters and leadership about price changes and replenishment.
• Ability to work overnight shifts.
• Regular computer work, walking, standing, and lifting up to 50 pounds are required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct general replenishment across Fishing, Hunting, Camping, Marine/Water Sports, Apparel, Footwear, Hunt Clothing, and Gifts.
• Support inventory management with the Inventory Control team by completing on-demand counts, empty-peg scanning, display integrity checks, and related tasks.
• Execute temporary and permanent price changes, including tagging, signage, and inventory adjustment review.
• Complete recovery tasks across departments, including folding, repackaging, sorting, facing, and re-hanging merchandise.
• Support visual merchandising for assigned areas, including fixture replacement, signage updates, end-cap updates, visual merchandising directives, floor moves, and mannequin dressing.
• Prepare and set up merchandise for advertisements and perform department resets when required.
• Support planogram execution and maintenance throughout hardlines departments.
• Support OMNI fulfillment during peak business.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
