About The Position

The Overnight Task Team Outfitter supports the overall operations and health of the retail store campus by completing non-selling work during overnight hours. This allows Sales Outfitters to spend more time providing customer service and supporting sales, while tasks can be completed efficiently. The role works under direct supervision, follows established policies and procedures, and has limited opportunity for independent judgment. Work is reviewed by a supervisor.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Two years of experience.
Ability to use System Two and RF/Gizmo devices.
Ability to review and set planograms and visual merchandising directives.
Ability to identify and replenish out-of-stock or low-stock inventory.
Ability to communicate with retail sales floor Outfitters and leadership about price changes and replenishment.
Ability to work overnight shifts.
Regular computer work, walking, standing, and lifting up to 50 pounds are required.

Responsibilities

Replenish merchandise across Fishing, Hunting, Camping, Marine/Water Sports, Apparel, Footwear, Hunt Clothing, and Gifts.
Support inventory management with the Inventory Control team by completing on-demand counts, empty peg scans, and display integrity checks.
Execute temporary and permanent price changes, including tagging, signage, and inventory adjustment review.
Recover merchandise and departments by folding, repackaging, sorting, facing, and re-hanging items.
Support visual merchandising in assigned areas, including fixture replacement, signage updates, end-cap updates, visual merchandising directives, floor moves, mannequin dressing, merchandise preparation and setup for advertisements, and department resets when required.
Support planogram execution and maintenance across hardlines departments.
Support OMNI fulfillment during peak business periods.
Perform other duties as assigned.
