About The Position

The Overnight Task Team Outfitter assists with the overall operational functions and health of the retail store campus. This role focuses on non-selling tasks during overnight hours, reducing the non-selling work performed by Sales Outfitters and creating more time for customer service and selling. The position carries out replenishment, inventory support, price changes, recovery, visual merchandising, planogram maintenance, and peak-period OMNI fulfillment. Work is performed under direct supervision using defined policies and procedures, and is reviewed by a supervisor.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of experience.
• Ability to use System Two and RF/Gizmo devices.
• Ability to review and set planograms and visual merchandising directives.
• Ability to identify and replenish out-of-stock or low-stock inventory.
• Ability to communicate with retail sales floor Outfitters and leadership about price changes and replenishment.
• Ability to work overnight shifts.
• Regular computer work, walking, and standing; ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct general replenishment in Fishing, Hunting, Camping, Marine/Water Sports, Apparel, Footwear, Hunt Clothing, and Gifts.
• Support inventory management with the Inventory Control team by completing on-demand counts, empty peg scanning, display integrity checks, and related tasks.
• Execute temporary and permanent price changes, including tagging, signage, and inventory adjustment review.
• Perform recovery tasks across departments, including folding, repackaging, sorting, facing, and re-hanging merchandise.
• Support visual merchandising in assigned areas, including fixture replacement, signage and end-cap updates, visual merchandising directives, floor moves, mannequin dressing, and preparation and setup of merchandise for advertisements.
• Perform resets for assigned departments when required.
• Support planogram execution and maintenance across hardlines departments.
• Support OMNI fulfillment during peak business periods.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.
