Seasonal Overnight Task Team Outfitter
About The Position
The Overnight Task Team Outfitter supports the retail store campus's operations and health by completing non-selling tasks during overnight hours. The role reduces the non-selling workload for Sales Outfitters, helping them focus on customer service and sales. Responsibilities include replenishment, inventory support, price changes, recovery, visual merchandising, planogram work, and peak-period OMNI fulfillment. The position works under direct supervision using established policies and procedures; work is reviewed by a supervisor, and opportunities to exercise independent judgment are limited. Overnight positions are eligible for a $1.50-per-hour shift differential in addition to the base starting rate of $15.00–$17.75 per hour. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two years of experience.
- Ability to use System Two and RF/Gizmo devices.
- Ability to review and set planograms and visual merchandising directives.
- Ability to identify and replenish out-of-stock or low-stock inventory.
- Ability to communicate with retail sales floor Outfitters and leadership about price changes and replenishment.
- Ability to work overnight shifts.
Responsibilities
- Conduct general replenishment across Fishing, Hunting, Camping, Marine/Water Sports, Apparel, Footwear, Hunt Clothing, and Gifts.
- Support inventory management with the Inventory Control team by completing on-demand counts, empty peg scanning, display integrity checks, and related tasks.
- Execute temporary and permanent price changes, including tagging, signage, and inventory adjustment review.
- Perform department recovery tasks, including folding, repackaging, sorting, facing, and re-hanging merchandise.
- Support visual merchandising in assigned areas, including fixture replacement, signage updates, end-cap updates, visual merchandising directives, floor moves, mannequin dressing, and merchandise preparation and setup for ads.
- Perform resets for assigned departments when required.
- Support planogram execution and maintenance across hardlines departments.
- Support OMNI fulfillment during peak business.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
