About The Position

The Overnight Task Team Outfitter supports the overall operations and condition of the retail store campus by completing non-selling tasks during overnight hours. The role reduces the amount of operational work handled by Sales Outfitters during business hours, allowing them to focus on customer service and selling. Tasks include replenishment, inventory support, price changes, recovery, visual merchandising, planogram execution, and peak-period OMNI fulfillment. Work is performed under direct supervision using established policies and procedures, and is reviewed by a supervisor.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of experience.
• Ability to use System Two and RF/Gizmo devices.
• Ability to review and set planograms and visual merchandising directives.
• Ability to identify and replenish out-of-stock or low-stock inventory.
• Ability to communicate with retail sales floor Outfitters and leadership about price changes and replenishment.
• Ability to work overnight shifts.
• Ability to perform regular computer work, walk, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Replenish merchandise in Fishing, Hunting, Camping, Marine/Water Sports, Apparel, Footwear, Hunt Clothing, and Gifts.
• Support inventory management by completing on-demand counts, empty peg scanning, display integrity checks, and related tasks in partnership with the Inventory Control team.
• Execute temporary and permanent price changes, including tagging, signage, and inventory adjustment review.
• Perform department recovery tasks, including folding, repackaging, sorting, facing, and rehanging merchandise.
• Support visual merchandising in assigned areas, including fixture replacement, signage updates, end-cap updates, floor moves, mannequin dressing, merchandise preparation and setup for ads, and department resets when required.
• Support planogram execution and maintenance across hardlines departments.
• Support OMNI fulfillment during peak business.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
