About The Position

The Overnight Task Team Outfitter supports the overall operations and health of the retail store campus by completing non-selling tasks during overnight hours. The role reduces the non-selling workload of Sales Outfitters, allowing them to focus on customer service and sales. The position performs replenishment, inventory support, price changes, recovery, visual merchandising, planogram maintenance, and, during peak business, OMNI fulfillment. Tasks are performed under direct supervision using established policies and procedures, and work is reviewed by a supervisor.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of experience.
• Ability to use System Two and RF/Gizmo devices.
• Ability to review and set planograms and visual merchandising directives.
• Ability to identify and replenish out-of-stock or low-stock inventory.
• Ability to communicate with retail sales floor Outfitters and leadership about price changes and replenishment.
• Ability to work overnight shifts.
• Ability to perform regular computer work, walking, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct general replenishment across Fishing, Hunting, Camping, Marine/Water Sports, Apparel, Footwear, Hunt Clothing, and Gifts.
• Support inventory management with the Inventory Control team by completing on-demand counts, empty peg scanning, and display integrity checks.
• Execute temporary and permanent price changes, including tagging, signage, and inventory adjustment review.
• Perform department recovery, including folding, repackaging, sorting, facing, and rehanging merchandise.
• Support visual merchandising in assigned areas, including fixture replacement, signage updates, end-cap updates, visual merchandising directives, floor moves, mannequin dressing, and advertisement merchandise preparation and setup.
• Perform resets for assigned departments when required.
• Support planogram execution and maintenance across hardlines departments.
• Support OMNI fulfillment during peak business.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
