Overnight Task Team Associate - Full Time
About The Position
The Overnight Task Team Associate assists with the overall operational functions and health of the retail store campus. The role focuses on non-selling tasks during overnight hours to reduce the workload of Sales Outfitters and allow them to dedicate more time to customer service and selling. The associate completes replenishment, inventory support, price changes, recovery, visual merchandising, and planogram work, and may support OMNI fulfillment during peak business. Tasks are performed under direct supervision using well-defined policies and procedures, and work is reviewed by a supervisor.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two years of experience.
- Ability to use System Two and RF/Gizmo devices.
- Ability to review and set planograms and visual merchandising directives.
- Ability to identify and replenish out-of-stock or low-stock inventory.
- Ability to communicate with retail sales floor outfitters and leadership about price changes and replenishment.
- Ability to work overnight shifts.
- Regular computer work, walking, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Replenish merchandise across Fishing, Hunting, Camping, Marine/Water Sports, Apparel, Footwear, Hunt Clothing, and Gifts.
- Support inventory management with the Inventory Control team by completing on-demand counts, empty-peg scanning, and display integrity checks.
- Execute temporary and permanent price changes, including tagging, signage, and inventory adjustment review.
- Perform department recovery tasks, including folding, repackaging, sorting, facing, and re-hanging merchandise.
- Support visual merchandising in assigned areas, including fixture replacement, signage updates, end-cap updates, visual merchandising directives, floor moves, mannequin dressing, advertising merchandise preparation and setup, and department resets when required.
- Support planogram execution and maintenance across hardlines departments.
- Support OMNI fulfillment during peak business.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
