About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and service-driven hospitality professional who is ready to move beyond traditional front desk responsibilities and take ownership of the guest experience from pre-arrival through check-out. This role is ideal for a hands-on hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, and is passionate about creating memorable, personalized experiences for every guest. You will play an integral role in overnight hotel operations while gaining valuable cross-departmental experience and developing your leadership capabilities.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of front office or guest relations experience.
  • Polished, professional communicator who can quickly establish rapport with guests and colleagues.
  • Understand the importance of discretion, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality in a luxury hotel environment.
  • Confident, hands-on professional who can take ownership, make sound decisions independently, and remain composed while managing the unique demands of overnight hotel operations.
  • Must be able to frequently move throughout the hotel to interact with guests, colleagues, and operational teams.
  • Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 10 lbs. frequently and up to 25 lbs. occasionally.
  • Availability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays is required.
  • The ability to adapt to changing business needs and operational priorities is essential.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience is preferred.
  • A degree or formal education in hospitality or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the complete guest journey, ensuring a seamless, personalized, and elevated experience from pre-arrival through departure.
  • Serve as Night Manager two nights per week, assuming full operational responsibility for the hotel during assigned overnight shifts.
  • Provide Night Auditor coverage two nights per week, ensuring accurate financial reporting, proper reconciliation, and smooth overnight operations.
  • Support hotel operations on a fifth workday, assisting across departments as needed to maintain service excellence, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
  • Act as a visible and approachable leader, anticipating guest needs and resolving concerns with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
