About The Position

The Overnight Stocking Clerk stocks food and grocery products to prepare store shelves for customers. The role involves moving products from pallets or carts to the correct shelf locations using the location codes on the boxes, and completing assigned areas accurately and efficiently. The clerk also pulls backstock, disposes of cardboard and trash in designated back-room areas, and maintains a clean, safe, and organized work environment. The position works overnight shifts and collaborates with leadership to complete assigned areas on time. The clerk may interact with customers and support other operational tasks as needed.

Requirements

Comfort learning and using basic technology.
Ability to follow processes and procedures in an organized, efficient way.
Ability to stay calm and productive in a fast-paced environment.
Enjoy working as part of a team and supporting shared goals.
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods.

Experience with pallet jacks or forklifts.
