About The Position

The Overnight Stocking Associate is responsible for providing a highly satisfactory customer experience through engaging with customers, following customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store. The role follows operational, merchandising, and loss prevention standards and may be cross-trained in multiple store areas to support business needs. The position is temporary and part-time.

Responsibilities

Model customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
Support a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
Accurately ring customer purchases and returns and count change according to operating procedures.
Promote credit and loyalty programs.
Follow the merchandising philosophy and established merchandising procedures and standards.
Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor according to company procedures and standards.
Initiate and participate in store recovery as needed.
Maintain sales-floor organization, cleanliness, and recovery standards, and help maintain cleanliness throughout the store.
Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback.
Follow labor laws, policies, and procedures.
Support and participate in store shrink-reduction goals and programs.
Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment.
Perform other duties as assigned.
