About The Position

The Overnight Stocker stocks, rotates, and stores general merchandise and/or food, ensuring merchandise is fully stocked, clearly labeled, and supported by visible, accurate signage. The role helps maintain a neat, clean, and organized club by performing housekeeping duties and removing trash and cardboard. Team members follow club policies and procedures, support a safe and positive environment, work collaboratively, and deliver member service consistent with GOLD Member Standards. Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.

Requirements

At least 18 years of age.
Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.
Ability to continuously lift objects up to 50 pounds.
May need to lift and move heavy and/or awkward objects weighing more than 50 pounds with assistance.
Ability to move continuously on hard surfaces and frequently bend, climb, crawl, handle, pull, reach, stoop, and position oneself to examine or scan merchandise.

Responsibilities

Stock, rotate, and store general merchandise and/or food.
Ensure merchandise is fully stocked.
Maintain display signage and create labels or apply sales tags to items.
Ensure product labels and price tags are clear and visible.
Handle damaged goods and spoiled products according to company policies and procedures.
Keep the club neat, clean, and organized; perform housekeeping duties, including removing trash and cardboard.
Maintain club policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed.
Support a safe and positive environment for members and team members.
Work as a team to deliver GOLD club standards, including keeping items stocked, executing promotional plans, maintaining visible and accurate signage, and keeping the club clean and organized.
Provide member service, address concerns, and escalate concerns as appropriate.
Maintain regular, predictable, full attendance.
