About The Position

The Overnight Stock Clerk stocks, rotates, and stores general merchandise and/or food in the club, ensuring merchandise is fully stocked and that product labels, sales tags, and signage are clear and visible. The role handles damaged goods and spoiled products according to company policies and procedures and helps maintain a neat, clean, and organized club by performing housekeeping duties, including removing trash and cardboard. The position also supports club policies and standards, may perform duties in other departments as needed, and requires regular, predictable, full attendance.

Responsibilities

• Stock, rotate, and store general merchandise and/or food; ensure merchandise is fully stocked.
• Maintain display signage and create or apply product labels and sales tags, ensuring labels and price tags are clear and visible.
• Handle damaged goods and spoiled products in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Keep the club neat, clean, and organized; perform housekeeping duties, including removing trash and cardboard.
• Maintain club policies and procedures and support club standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed.
• Attend work regularly and predictably; full attendance is an essential function.
• Deliver friendly, helpful service and address or escalate member concerns as appropriate.
• Work collaboratively to support a safe, inclusive, and positive environment for members and team members.
