About The Position

Stocks, rotates, and stores general merchandise and/or food in the club, ensuring merchandise is fully stocked and clearly labeled. Maintains a neat, clean, and organized club by removing trash and debris and performing general housekeeping. Supports club policies, procedures, and compliance while contributing to a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for members and team members. Delivers service consistent with GOLD Member Standards and helps maintain club standards, including stocked items, promotional plans, accurate signage, and a clean, organized club.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.

• Big box or wholesale retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Stock, rotate, and store general merchandise and/or food.
• Ensure merchandise is fully stocked.
• Maintain display signage for products and create labels or apply sales tags as needed.
• Ensure product labels and price tags are clear and visible.
• Handle damaged goods and spoiled products according to company policies and procedures.
• Keep the club neat, clean, and organized.
• Perform general housekeeping duties, including removing trash and cardboard.
• Maintain club policies and procedures.
• Perform other assigned duties, including working in other departments as needed.
• Provide friendly service and address or escalate member concerns as appropriate.
• Work with the team to maintain GOLD club standards and execute promotional plans.
