About The Position

The Parking Spot is hiring an Overnight Shuttle Driver to safely transport customers between its parking facilities and airport terminals. Drivers provide courteous customer service, assist passengers with luggage, and help deliver a positive guest experience. The role is part-time and overnight. Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school education or equivalent.
• Maintain a satisfactory driving record in accordance with the Employee Handbook.
• Hold and maintain applicable licenses or badges required by governing authorities to operate a commercial vehicle.
• Willingness to pass a physical as required by airport, federal DOT, and/or state regulations.
• English-language ability sufficient to converse with the public, understand highway traffic signs and signals, respond to official inquiries, and complete reports and records as required by DOT regulations.
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds to assist with luggage, with or without an accommodation.

Nice To Haves

• Previous driver and/or customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport up to 15 passengers between the airport terminal and The Parking Spot parking locations while following safe driving practices.
• Perform appropriate pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Greet customers and offer assistance with their luggage.
• Provide pleasant customer service.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the parking facility and airport terminals.
• Cooperate with team members to provide the best possible service.
• May cross-train for other frontline positions as directed by management.
• Comply with applicable regulations and requirements governing commercial vehicle operation.
• Perform additional duties reasonably requested by management.
