About The Position

Responsible for ensuring the building is a safe and secure environment at all times. Maintains a close working relationship with the police and alarm monitoring services. Responsible for airport shuttle transportation. Ensures proper building safety and security measures are always followed. Maintains up to date information of events, both current and future, occurring in the city and county. Answers the telephone in a pleasant and professional manner within three rings. Maintains a clean, neat, and orderly desk at all times. Responds to all guest’s requests in an expeditious manner.

Requirements

Two years related experience and/or training
Valid driver's license with clear record
Excellent verbal and people skills
Ability to read, write and speak English fluently is required to analyze, and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
