About The Position

The Overnight Security Supervisor supports the safety and security of the hotel and its guests while delivering professional, attentive hospitality. The role includes monitoring hotel premises, assisting with incident investigations and emergencies, maintaining accurate security documentation, and responding to guest inquiries and concerns.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interior and exterior security patrols to identify and address safety and security risks, threats, and undesirable conditions.
• Conduct preliminary incident investigations, gather relevant information, document findings, and ensure accurate reporting.
• Prepare and maintain accurate security reports and records.
• Assist in responding to safety hazards, fires, medical incidents, and security threats.
• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns professionally and efficiently.
