About The Position

The Overnight Security Supervisor supports facility safety at the Hilton Atlanta and helps provide a safe, welcoming environment for guests and Team Members. The role monitors hotel premises, coordinates emergency responses, supervises Security Guards/Officers, investigates incidents, promotes workplace safety, and provides security officer coverage as needed. Responsibilities

• Conduct security patrols of interior and exterior hotel premises to identify and address safety and security risks, threats, and undesirable conditions.
• Coordinate responses to incidents such as fires, medical emergencies, and security threats.
• Train, schedule, and supervise Security Guards/Officers, providing guidance and support to promote high performance.
• Conduct preliminary incident investigations, gather relevant information, document findings, and ensure accurate reporting of security incidents.
• Encourage adherence to safety protocols and best practices among team members.
• Perform security officer responsibilities as required.
