About The Position

The Overnight Security Officer helps maintain the safety and security of the Hilton Atlanta and supports memorable guest experiences through professional hospitality. The role monitors hotel premises, assists with incident investigations and reporting, responds to emergencies, and addresses guest inquiries and concerns. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Conduct security patrols of interior and exterior hotel premises to identify and address safety and security risks, threats, and undesirable conditions.
• Conduct preliminary incident investigations, gather relevant information, document findings, and ensure accurate reporting of security incidents.
• Prepare and maintain accurate security reports and records.
• Assist in handling safety hazards, fires, medical incidents, and security threats.
• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns professionally and efficiently.
